Iris Booking System

Guidance notes when making a booking.
* Bookings MUST be made at least 3 days in advance of intended use*
* You MUST be present for the setup of the equipment*
* Live Viewing Camera (Rosie) is only available for use in rooms 36 and D9*
* Consecutive bookings from different staff members in different locations cannot be taken * (e.g. P1 & P2 / P4 & P5)
* Time slots are issued on a first come first served basis – times only be be booked in period times*

 

Please follow the steps below to successfully book the Iris equipment for your lesson

Step 1 – Please click Here and log into your iRIS account.

Hint: Your user name will be the following:  username@whickhamschool.org    and your previously selected password.

Step 2 – You should now be on the reflection pages, once here, click “New Reflection”.

Step 3 – Once your on the next page, please fill in the corresponding boxes e.g Title and Room. Before clicking ‘next’ please make sure ‘self reflection’ is selected.

Step 4 – Now that your on the booking page please select your requirements from the drop down boxes with which kit you require. Blue ipad, Green ipad or Rosie.[The ipad colour you choose does not matter or have any effect on a booking]

Step 5 – Now select a date and time with the timeline on the right hand side.

Hint: If the time you would like is already taken, try changing the device you booked.

Step 6 – Finally, once your sure of a date and time please click “Create”, this will then take you to another page confirming your booking.

If you do find that you do not have an iRIS account the please submit a ticket to: service.desk@scs-its.com
