Welcome to the Iris Booking System
Please follow the steps below to successfully book the Iris equipment for your lesson
Step 1 – Check the calendar below to see if the time you require is available
Step 2 – If lesson is available, complete and submit a “Booking Form” (Found below calendar)
Guidance notes when making a booking.
* Bookings MUST be made at least 3 working days in advance of intended use.
* You MUST be present for the setup of the equipment
* Live Viewing Camera (Rosie) is only available for use in rooms 36 and D9
* Consecutive bookings from different staff members in different locations cannot be taken (e.g. P1 & P2 / P4 & P5)
* Bookings MUST be made at least 3 working days in advance of intended use.
* You MUST be present for the setup of the equipment

* Consecutive bookings from different staff members in different locations cannot be taken (e.g. P1 & P2 / P4 & P5)
* Time slots are issued on a first come first served basis
